Please register if you wish to participate in the Juried Art Show on Saturday and Sunday, May 21 and 22. Martha Rago and Kevan Atteberry will be our judges. You must attend the conference on Saturday or Sunday (or both days) to enter the show.
Location: Lewis and Clark Room, Holiday Inn South/Wilsonville.
Drop Off Time: You must drop off your portfolio between 8:15-8:45 a.m. in the Lewis and Clark Room on Saturday, May 21, no matter which day you attend.
Fee: $25 for Members and $35 for NonMembers. Registration is limited to the first 25 entrees.
Judging: The judges will circulate through the show as their time allows during the weekend events. They will mark the strongest piece in each portfolio with sticky notes, and vote for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
Pick Up Time: Portfolios must be picked up between 5:50-6:00 on Sunday, May 22. If you are not attending the conference on Sunday and cannot pick up your work at this time, please arrange to have someone pick it up for you.
First Place: A $50 gift certificate from Blick Art Materials and a VIP email submission to Martha Rago within one month of the conference.
Second Place: A $30 gift certificate to Blick Art Materials.
Third Place: A $25 gift certificate to Blick Art Materials.
The winners will be announced at the conference on Sunday. You do not have to be present on Sunday to receive your prize.
Portfolios: Please limit your portfolio to 10-12 images. No originals, please. You may also bring postcards, business cards and other promotional materials. Please limit the size of your portfolio to 11" x 14".
