Join us for our Biannual Spring 2018 Conference, Over the Rainbow,
Saturday and Sunday, May 19 and 20, 2018
REGISTRATION OPENS FEBRUARY 5th at 8:30 a.m. PST. Please mark your choices carefully when you register; it makes more work for us if we have to make changes manually. The system will not let you make changes once you go to the pay screen.
Schedules
Saturday – 8:15 to 5:45 (opening session at 9:15, final session ends at 5:45), PARTY (optional) – 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Sunday – 8:00 to 5:05 (opening session at 9:15, final session ends at 5:05)
You may book your reservation for one day or for both. No matter which day you come, you’re invited to attend Saturday night’s party!

Special Sessions* – First Page Critiques for picture books and novels and Roundtable Critiques for writers, and First Glance Critiques, Foam Printing Techniques, and How to Create Diverse Characters that Stand Out and Celebrate Ethnicity for illustrators – free with registration, although all require preregistration. REFUNDS: Consultation fees are nonrefundable. No refunds for the conference after May 1st. A $15.00 handling fee will be retained on all refunds.See complete POLICIES & PERMISSIONS.
HOTEL INFORMATION: If you want to stay overnight, make your reservations directly with the hotel itself.
Hotel reservations will be made by individual attendees directly with Holiday Inn reservations by clicking this link or calling 1-800-HOLIDAY (800-465-4329). Ask for the SCBWI Oregon Annual Conference 2018 group rate if calling by phone. Reservations must be made by April 30, 2018. Rates are $109 for Single and Double rooms.
