March Topic: Fact Wrangling for Fiction Writers

Did you ever read a fiction and the facts poke at you and take you out of the story?  Whether it is a world built from the author’s imagination or the blending of real and fictional world, facts matter. Maybe the author buries you in factual backstory, inadvertently puts a digital watch on Caesar, or forgets the characters can fly but they don’t in a perilous moment. How do bad facts hurt a good story? How can you avoid the pitfalls? Learn some tricks on how to research, track, and blend your facts into your next fiction from a professional fact wrangler.
